In order to get service users involved in their work, authorities and governmental departments often bring in outside organisations – service user-led organisations, Disabled peoples’ organisations, mental health groups, community organisations – who can take a lead in getting people together and facilitating their involvement. This video demonstrates how an organisation like this can still shirk the responsibilities and expectations that come with being user-led, and make their organisation as uninclusive and alienating as possible.
