Between June 2015 and November 2015, the British Association of Social Workers and Shaping Our Lives brought a number of Disabled adults and social workers together to discuss how Disabled adults and social workers relate to each other, and what changes could be made so the two groups could achieve more together. This guide explains why the Charter was written and gives an outline of how and when it can be used.
