Ruils is a charity working across 4 Boroughs in South West London that supports disabled children and adults and the elderly to live independently, be part of their community and to live life to the full. We provide information, advice, befriending and activities to our clients and their families. Our full range of person-centred services include: information and advice on health & social care and inclusive activities - we run a choir, art groups, creative writing. We provide support to disabled adults through our benefits and housing advice service and provide a Direct Payment service to held disabled people employ their own PAs. run the Social Prescribing service in Richmond and other health and wellbeing services in partnership with the NHS. We also help families with disabled children through befriending, workshops, transition support, SEND Advice and 1-2-1 parent meetings. We also provide Befriending for disabled adults & the elderly. Ruils runs user groups that campaign for local and national change and promote equity for disabled people.
