Formerly the Nottingham & Notts Lesbian & Gay Switchboard, the Notts LGBT+ Network started in 1975 and provides information and support to lesbians, gay men, bisexuals and trans people in Nottinghamshire and adjacent counties. We also provide training for other organisations on the following issues: LGB/LGBT awareness Discrimination and the laws affecting LGB/LGBT people Local and national LGBT History Hate crime against LGBT people Developing good practice in the workplace Same-sex domestic abuse The needs and concerns of older LGBT people, including those in residential care The needs and concerns of younger LGBT people
