A CIL for Derby with 20 paid staff supporting disabled people access all independent living opportunities. We have set up several Social Enterprises that not only support people in Derby but across the country; the Payroll service being one of them, which is helping people from Newcastle to Kent. Even though DD has had to change over the years, our ethos has stayed the same throughout this time and we continue to give a personalised individual service to anyone who needs support.
