Help improve a health risk tool for people with experience of psychosis

Equally Well UK and the McPin Foundation are looking for more people to join their Lived Experience Advisory Panel (LEAP).

The panel helps develop and improve PsyMetRiC, a tool designed to identify physical health risks in young people with psychosis.

Who can take part?

People aged 16 to 35 who have lived experience of psychosis and have been seen by a healthcare professional.

What’s involved?

The panel usually meets online for two hours every three months, with occasional tasks between meetings.

Members help improve the tool and the information provided alongside it. Previous members have contributed to research, the development of the tool and its communication materials.

Accessibility

Meetings are usually online. Members can contribute by speaking, using the meeting chat or emailing afterwards. Support and reasonable adjustments are available.

Closing date: Friday 13 November 2026.
