Nycil is part of the disability sector in North Yorkshire. Our primary aim is to promote and support the independence of disabled people, giving them increased choice and control over their care in their home and community. Nycil’s core services include assistance in the recruitment of staff through services such as advertising and interview support, and a payroll service, for support once you have found the right person for the job. We also offer our Payroll to any small businesses and charities.
