We are a local charity based in Barnet, North London, run by deaf and disabled people for deaf and disabled people, including those with long term or mental health conditions. We offer a wide range of services that help people individually, as well as working to advance the overall rights of all disabled people in our community. Some examples of our services include: we provide one-to-one information, advice and support for individuals facing barriers so they can lead the lives they want to; a benefits advice service; research into the experiences of disabled people to help influence policy change; a mental health support group and a disability rights forum, to name but a few. By getting involved in our charity as a deaf or disabled person, a partner or as an ally, you will be helping us to create better services and more inclusive communities for everyone.
