Imagining Inclusive Workspaces for Disabled People

National

The University of Kent is running a research project looking into inclusive workplaces. Led by Disabled researchers, they want to ask:

How can we imagine more inclusive work places and practices for those with physical or energy impairments? Can remote and hybrid working practices tackle the disability employment gap? And how can we imagine remote and hybrid working policies that are equitable and fair?

Over the coming months, they will be speaking with Disabled employees, employers, representative groups and charities, and other researchers to try and answer these questions.

For more information see: https://research.kent.ac.uk/disability/

They are looking for:

  • Do you have a physical or energy impairment?
  • Were you working or looking for work during the pandemic?
  • Would you like to share your experiences?
