Do you ever think others could learn from your lived experience of Social Work services? This could be experience you had as a child or as an adult of mental health, homelessness, substance misuse or child protection services or an in‑care experience, a caring responsibility or any other type of social work/care involvement? If so, the University of Suffolk would very much like to hear from you.

They are looking for:

The University of Suffolk, Suffolk County Council and the Norfolk and Suffolk Social Work Teaching Partnership are looking for people with Lived experience of Social Work or Social Care services to transform or improve the education of students and qualified professional Social Workers.

They have a huge number of opportunities for involvement ranging from attending meetings, lecturing, podcasting, creating digital content, writing resources, curriculum design and many more. They are able to be flexible and can tailor the opportunities on offer to your interests and experience.
