A shout out to parent carers in the North of England!

Do you speak on behalf of your son or daughter with autism and/or learning disabilities? Would you like to meet and share experiences with other parents who are also advocating for their loved ones?

Bringing Us Together is working with the Challenging Behaviour Foundation (CBF) to find out parent carer’s and family member’s stories of advocacy. CBF are putting together an on-line resource and want to hear your experiences – good and bad.

They are looking for:

Parents who have young people aged 18 and over who are autistic and/or have learning disabilities.

  • We have spaces left on our on-line events in Yorkshire, Humber & the North East
  • Our Zoom events are on: May 31st from 11am – 1pm & May 31st from 7pm – 9pm
  • We also have spaces at a face-to-face workshop in central Leeds on June 13th from 10am – 2.30pm

Involvement Payment Details

Parent/carers will be reimbursed for their time at the workshop, and for any travel costs required.
